WhatTheDTF Summer Swag T-Shirt Giveaway Contest Rules

1. Official Rules for the WhatTheDTF Winter Swag Sweepstakes

   1. Eligibility:

      • Open to legal residents of the United States who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence.
      • The age of majority is 18 in most states, but exceptions include Alabama (19), Nebraska (19), and Mississippi (21).
      • Employees of WhatTheDTF and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

   2. Sweepstakes Period:

      • Starts December 1st, 2024, at 12:00 AM (CST) and ends January 24th, 2025, at 11:59 PM (CST).

   3. How to Enter:

      • Participants can earn entries through the following methods:
        • Registration: Sign up on the sweepstakes page to receive one entry.
        • Referrals: Refer a friend to the sweepstakes via a unique referral link. Each referral that signs up earns an 3 additional entrys.
        • Social Media Engagement: Earn entries by following WhatTheDTF on specified social media platforms, liking posts, or sharing content as described on the sweepstakes page.
        • Other Methods: Additional entry methods may be available as specified on the sweepstakes page.

   4. Prizes:

      • Grand Prize: Coupon code redeemable for 5 premium t-shirts with the winner's design choice on the front or back only & $100.00 Gift Card.
      • Runner-Up: Coupon code redeemable for 3 premium t-shirts with the winner's design choice on the front or back only & $25.00 Gift card.
      • Third Place: Coupon code redeemable for 1 premium t-shirt with the winner's design choice on the front or back only.
      • Shipping Included in all winnings

      Winners can select from the following t-shirt styles:

      • Gildan 500 Heavy Cotton
      • Gildan 6400 Soft Style
      • Bella+Canvas 3501C or 3501CVC
      • Shipping is included in the prize value.

      Bonus: All participants will receive a discount coupon via email after registering for the sweepstakes.

   5. Winner Selection and Notification:

      • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
      • Winners will be announced on January 25th, 2025.
      • Winners will be notified via the email address provided during registration and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
      • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

   6. Prize Redemption:

      • Winners will receive coupon codes to redeem their prizes on the WhatTheDTF website.
      • Coupon codes must be used within 30 days of issue.
      • Winners can upload their designs and select shirt styles using the Shirt Builder on the WhatTheDTF website.

   7. General Conditions:

      • By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of WhatTheDTF, which are final.
      • WhatTheDTF reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes at any time.
      • Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

   8. Data Usage:

      • Participant information will only be used for the purposes of administering the sweepstakes and as outlined in the WhatTheDTF Privacy Policy.

   9. Disqualification:

      • Entries containing incomplete or inaccurate information will be disqualified.
      • Participants engaging in fraudulent activity or violating the rules will be disqualified.
